Oscillation regimes of a gas flow in semiclosed cavities with an opening in a blind wall has been investigated. The important result of the nonlinear interaction and the wave reflection in such cavities is the anomalous heating of the closed channel end. The mathematical model of the anomalous heating has been developed with regard to the nonlinearity, the internal viscosity, the thermal conductivity and high-frequency oscillations. Calculating results has been compred with experimental data. Approximation formulae for free parameters providing the best agreement between the theory and experiments have been obtained. The possibility of heating control at the expensive of regulating the outlet opening diameter.
