In this article, necessary stability conditions for integral delay systems with distributed single delay are presented. Based on new properties that connect the Lyapunov delay matrix and the fundamental matrix of this class of equations, a complete type Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is introduced. It allows us to present necessary stability conditions in terms of the delay Lyapunov matrix. The result is illustrated by some examples.
