The infinite stage and finite-stage games are considered at a tree-like graph with every vertex corresponding to some simultaneous game. The definition of strong transferable Nash-equilibrium is given. The regularization procedure is introduced for infinite stage games that allows one to construct the strong transferable equilibrium.
