N2 - Mycotoxins are among the most dangerous natural food contaminants. The review considers the principles of microextraction methods (liquid–liquid and solid-phase microextraction) used for the separation and preconcentration of mycotoxins from food products for their subsequent determination by various physicochemical methods of analysis. The capabilities and limitations of the considered methods, as well as examples of their application, are described.
