In article the perspective connected with improvement of teoretiko-methodological bases of medicogeographical mapping, with use of cards and atlases of new type in practice of management of territory development is staticized. Authors draw a conclusion about decrease in attention at it from medico geographers and doctors. The medico-geographical perspective even more oft en began to be substituted for a medico-ecological perspective. Oft en geographers, addressing to the solution of environmental problems, are occupied not with peculiar functions for them, causing that a loss to the science. Attention strengthening to geomonitoring, management in the health care sphere - time command, it is urged to provide progress in medico-geographical mapping.
