N2 - It is shown that highly nonlinear shear waves propagation in an elastic layer laying on the visco-elastic foundation subjected to the upper surface external loading may be modeled by the sine Gordon equation with the additional control term. The last has the form of the distributive feedback control function where normal loading provides desired target function. It allows us to justify the control model previously obtained for nonlinear localized waves of the sine Gordon equation.
