This article is an attempt to mark the approaches to the problem of defining the
boundaries between the archaics and the modern times within the space of African culture. The author thinks that in Africa one can still find a path to the truth and return our common Civilization to square one. The study of the rhythmic structure of the cultural space of African peoples in the era of the crisis of modern World is one of the simplest and at the same time complex options for moving the science towards the direction of creation. The transition from archaics to neo-traditionalism will become a kind of background for us, favorably shading truth from fiction, challenging the millennial traditions of African archaic societies. This will allow us to identify the signs of the crisis of African culture and outline ways of solving the contemporary problems of the continent.
