.One of the most important characteristics of coptogenesis in terms of the formation of impact melts is changes in the valence and structural state of iron due to the inevitable redox reactions occurring at the time of an impact event. It is assumed that artificial analogues can reproduce the most characteristic features of impact glasses with regard to their composition; size, morphology, and magnetic states of the iron-containing phase. The magnetic properties, as the most sensitive to the iron-containing phase of the artificial analogs of impact melts, were investigated. Artificial glasses were obtained by high-temperature melting of rocks. Moreover, different cooling rates of the melt were realized. The parameters of hysteresis loops were measured and low-temperature magnetometry was performed. The initial magnetic susceptibility was also measured for the samples obtained under different cooling conditions. The dependence of the magnetic properties of the artificial glasses on the composition of the initial charge, the duration of cooling, and the redox external conditions was shown.
