The work is devoted to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the methods of modifying magnetic nanoparticles for the development of targeted drug delivery systems. Both chemisorption by aminated particles and adsorption by unaminated particles are considered. Various methods for the determination of albumin and the study of the kinetics of dissolution of the albumin coat are given.
