This article analyses the possibilities of transformation of labour culture in the context of economic globalization. The author describes the modern complex global economic processes and negative impact of the processes on social life and labour relations from the viewpoint of economic sociology. The article also contains the sociological analysis of the basic industrial conflicts in the modern global economic system. The author describes the main social contradictions in the global production system and represents the critique of the neoliberal views on the processes of economic globalization. The author pays special attention to issues of labour motivation in the context of economic globalization. In this article the author analyses also the main ways and forms of aestheticization of labour as a possibility of liberation from the rigid rules of work in many modern enterprises and production systems.
