The article explores jurisdictional forms of protection of the parties of partnership relations between state and business. The comparative analysis of normative legal acts of the state in the sphere of public-private partnership and international acts, including model acts, is conducted. The analysis of the current Russian legislation regarding the application of various forms of protection (judicial and alternative) that the parties can choose in the event of disputes is analyzed. The law enforcement practice of Russian courts is investigated and problems arising in the sphere of resolving contradictions arising from the relations of publicprivate partnership are revealed.
