In this paper, the influence of the electric field of co-rotation on the possibility of long
holding of micro-particles with dimensions on the order of tens of nm and quasi-equilibrium
charge moving along weakly elliptic orbits in the plasma-sphere of the Earth is considered
with the help of analytical and numerical methods. It is shown that, unlike the magnetic
field, the electric field of co-rotation causes a slow change in the shape of the orbit.
