N2 - The magnetic phase transition in Fe65Ni35 alloy was investigated by means of SANS and neutron depolarization methods. The temperature hysteresis of polarization of transmitted neutron beam near TC has been studied. No time relaxation phenomena of the magnetic properties system on the transition have been observed for 13 h. A more appropriate explanation of the obtained data can be given by means of an appearance of correlated magnetic finite-size inhomogeneities.
