The slope of the current-voltage plot of structurally reconstructed emitters was found to increase, due to the emitting surface growth as the amplitude of the voltage pulse rises. In the present paper, the FE currents for reconstructed tungsten tips are experimentally determined in the frequency modes, current voltage plots and emission images are investigated.
