Cloudiness regime and incoming longwave radiation fluxes in the Arctic Basin are considered. This report uses 6-hour observations data from drifting stations "North Pole" (1954-1990). The quantity characteristics of clouds, their forms and temporal variability are studied. It is shown, that using daily observations data instead of monthly average data allows getting more accurate results of incoming longwave radiation fluxes calculations.
