N2 - Abstract—: This study examines the communicative efficiency of anti-crisis information management strategies in the context of the global pandemic and accelerated digitalization; it also explores the transformations of the information power subsystem that reacts to the spread of COVID-19. It was revealed that the communicative efficiency of anti-crisis information management is determined by the ability of management systems to develop and implement a proactive strategy in a short time. The theoretical foundations of the analysis of communicative efficiency in the context of a “pandemic–economic” dilemma are proposed, possible information strategies of public authorities in a pandemic are structured, and their comparative efficiency in anti-crisis management is revealed.
