The article deals with innovative activity of the region based on the example of Vladimir region, exposes positive tendencies in developing innovations at the textile and other manufactures. The article presents materials from Chamber of commerce and industry in Vladimir region and gives the research completed by scientists, scientific and production organizations and research institutes of the region.
