In this article there is considered the formation of a national professional historical and philosophical discourse in philosophical journalism. The problem of wisdom and reason was a key problem whose decision played a main role in the formation of historical and philosophical discourse. The resolution of this problem could provide a rigorous demarcation of what constitutes issues of philosophy and worldview.
