The concentrations of Sr, Co, Ni, Ag, Zn, Cu, Zr, Ti, Ga, Ge, Y, Ba, Cd, V, Mn, Cr, Pb, As and Sc in upper layers of soils of the Samburg, Evo-Jaha and two districts of North-Urengoy gas-layers are considered. These gas-layers have a different level of anthropogenic load on the ecosystems. The regional level of concentration of heavy metals (HM) in tundra soils of Urengoy North was calculated and the plots of local pollution in the ecosystems were singled out. Using the results of correlative and factoral analyses the paragenesises of chemical elements were determined. These paragenesises correspond to the basic natural processes which determine the accumulation of HM in soils. The change of factoral structure when the technologenic load is increasing was noted.
