The concentrations of Sr, Co, Ni, Ag, Zn, Cu, Zr, Ti, Ga, Ge, Y, Ba, Cd, V, Mn, Cr, Pb, As and Sc in the plants of the Samburg's, Evo-Jaha's and two districts of North-Urengoy's gas-layers of Western Siberia are determined in the article. These gas-layers have a different level of antropogenic load on the ecosystems. The comparative analysis of the concentrations of heavy metals (HM) in Betula nana L., Larix sibirica Ledeb., Ledum decumbens (Ait.) Lodd. ex Steud. and Cladina alpestris (L.) Rubh. was done in dependence on the nature of location and belonging to systematic species. The regional level of the concentration of HM in tundra' species of Urengoy' North is calculated. Using the results of correlative and factorial analyses the parageneses of chemical element were determined. These parageneses correspond to the basis natural proceses, which determined the accumulation of HM in plants. The change of factor structure when the technogenic load is increasing was noted.
