This article surveys asteroids approaching The Earth, for which collisions with The Earth in the current century are possible. Close approaches in trajectories leading to collisions are usually more common than in nominal trajectories. Such approaches allow to use the effect of gravitational maneuver to divert the asteroid from collisions with The Earth.
