In this article author represents the modern point of view at the social conflict as apart of popular discourse in media sphere. Author describes the problems that could be easily encountered through the way of getting and obtaining information via contemporary media like broad casting channels. These problems are integral part of social conflict in all spheres of the socium and daily routine in general. Here was made an endeavor to examine possible way to reduce the negative and venomous aspects of modern media as accelerator of the social tension in 21st century. This work based on classic literature in social science. However, article tried to exemplified aspects of social discourse of political participation by references and parallels to modern researchers. Governmental control in media sphere is the problem on the way to obtain actual updates, moreover large broad casting channels or news agencies could will have become puppets in the hands of ruler, that could be described as a menace to free will in all directions. The model of controlled media emphasizes a fundamental constraint facing any governments that hope to control media content: bias in reporting reduces the informational content of the news, thus decreasing viewership among those who value that information. An extent of media bias and incentive for the government to seize a direct control of the media depends on the degree to which the government internalizes this effect.
