An analysis is made of the change in composition of the bulk phase during deformation of a thin film of a multicomponent solution. A discussion is presented of the possibility of extending previously proposed methods for calculating the adsorption and the activity coefficient of a surfactant from data on the Gibbs elasticity modulus of films in systems with three or more components.
