An experimental investigation of the laser-stimulated generation of surface acoustic waves in a piezoelectric-semiconductor structure has been carried out. In article present the results of investigation the structure, optics properties thin film ZnO and acoustoelectronic properties of a thin-film structure containing bismuth silicate and a ZnO semiconductor.
