N2 - Famous Painlevé VI equation is connected with the linear differential equations of Fuchsian type by different links. Nevertheless, there is a common point. It is the Hamiltonian nature of the Painlevé equation. We demonstrate how the different normalizations draw us to the different approaches to the problem.
