N2 - The results of measuring the volt-ampere characteristics of a 1% aqueous solution of KCl at room temperature are presented. The question of the parameters determined from the dependence I(U) is discussed. A hypothesis about the electrical shielding of the electrode potential by ions is proposed. Based on the information about electrochemical functions, a method for determining the concentration of ions from the experimental curve is developed and shown.
