The results of experimental-theoretical investigation of dynamic behaviour of the high performance fiber reinforced concrete, CARDIFRC, are presented. The dynamic tests have been performed using the Kolsky method and its modification the Brazilian test. The strength and time properties of this material at high strain rates and stress rates have been obtained. lt is shown that these characteristics are sensitive both to the strain rate and to the stress rate. A unified interpretation of these rate effects based on the structural-temporal approach is presented. lt is shown that the time dependence of the dynamic compressive and split tensile strengths of CARDIFRC can be predicted by the incubation time criterion.
