The results of an experimental study of esterification kinetics in the acetic acid–ethanol–ethyl acetate–water system at 323.15 K for the (stoichiometric) reaction lines in different concentration ranges are presented. The shape of various kinetic curves and the effects of the relative amounts of acid and alcohol on the reaction rate are considered. The kinetic equations and the possibility of using them for describing the reaction were analyzed based on the obtained data
