abstract = "This paper introduces the study of motivation models for the use of conversational agents in the daily practices of individuals in the case of patient-clinic interactions. We present the data of the conducted surveys and describe the model of motivation created on their basis. The implementation of a chatbot that embodies the theoretical principles developed during the study is described. The paper also provides quality metrics for the proposed practical solutions.",
