N2 - The conversion efficiency of laser radiation into EUV radiation was obtained for the Tin plasma target. The plasma is the result of radiation-with-matter interaction using Nd-glass and CO2 laser. Numerical simulations of target plasma parameters were made with the help of a one-dimensional and two-dimensional radiation hydrodynamics codes.
