Analysis of the environment state of oil and gas regions in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (YaNAO) on the basis of researches in the north of Western Siberia (2003-2016 years) is carried out. The area of research is Nadym-Pur-Taz interfluve, the north of Western Siberia, the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. Assessment of environmental components (surface waters, bottom sediments, soils, vegetation, and snow) has been carried out. The studies were conducted at three levels of landscape organization: local (near the sources of pollution), territorial (within the license areas) and regional (YaNAO territory). During the laboratory stage main physical-chemical characteristics of samples (more than 5000 samples), microelements (Cu, Zn, Cr, Pb, Cd, Hg, V, Mn, Ni, Co, Ba, As), and oil hydrocarbons (HC) content were determined. Also hydrochemical parameters were determined in surface waters. Soil, plants and bottom sediments samples were analyzed for heavy metals HM total content using inductively coupled plasma atomic-emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with full acid digestion. The degree of transformation and pollution of natural systems at development of oil and gas fields for different levels of organization of landscape were determined. Most representative plants spices of technogenic pollution are identified. Indicators of anthropogenic impact at development of oil and gas fields were found.
