N2 - Linear control systems that are closed by regulators with feedbacks from the output are examined. A new method of ensuring a desired degree of stability for such systems is proposed. It is based on the construction of a sequence of regulators which minimizes a specially formed smooth function. This method is sufficiently effective in realization on a computer and is oriented toward use in computer-aided design of automatic control systems.
