A discharge in an electron gun is investigated. Plasma is formed inside the anode by an electron beam. The energy of electrons does not exceed several ionization threshold values in low-pressure helium. The concentration and temperature of electrons were calculated, based on the analysis of electron distribution by energies. Relationships have been obtained to describe the spatial distribution of plasma parameters in the wide pressure and current range. The error in relationships does not exceed 20-40%.
