Based on the results of numerical experiments, a principal possibility of astrosol clouds formation from submicron man-made particles instantly injected in the Near Earth Space (NES) by a point source moving on oblong elliptic orbit with low-altitude perigee is shown. The main physical mechanism for the formation of ensembles mentioned above is a disturbing influence of electrodynamic forces on microparticle (MP) orbital motion.
