N2 - The schematic diagram and operation of a new type of a mechanical transformer - a wave pumpling engine - are reported. Its dynamic model has been derived which comprises the equation of motion with allowance for friction between kinematic couples as well as equations for operating processes in motion and pumping chambers. The estimation of transient processes for the pumping engine model substantiated by experimental data and used as an example shows a high maneuver ability of mechanisms of this type.
