Theoretical analysis of the functions of the subject in the university educational space has revealed the potential of the possibility of partial leveling of the problems of the interaction between a teacher and students of different nationalities and ethnic groups, the organization of communication within temporary educational groups established with regard to multiple cultures by means of physical education. Possible strategies for the formation of tolerant relations between students of various ethnic groups in higher educational institutions within the implementation of health promoting programs were considered in the paper. The work was made in terms of wellness shaping and Nordic walking programs using the combined approach in multi-ethnic groups. There was described the procedure of using a combination of techniques and methods of involvement in the educational process of dance warm-ups based on the different movements of dances of the world's peoples, notable ethnic musical accompaniment and purposeful design of sequences of movements with regard to the training impact of the environment during classes. The effect on the tolerance formation of the instructions in English, in addition to Russian ones, included by the teacher at classes was detected. The successful implementation of the requirements by students of the foreign language culture in these conditions contributed to an atmosphere of acceptance, community based on the unifying activity - exercising, and also partially promoted a reduction of the language barrier within the student association. The article describes the theoretical basis and practical application of formation of tolerant relations for students from different ethnic groups in higher education by means of physical culture.",
