The presented work is devoted to providing information support for the annual "Festival of Street Theatres," held on Elagin Island in St. Petersburg. The project was implemented jointly by groups of master 's students "Graphic Design" and educational program "Applied Informatics in the Field of Arts and Humanities." In 2019, the organizing committee of the festival decided to develop a mobile application for information support during the pre-festival period and during the festival. The stages of design and development of the application from the very initial stage are described: formulation of requirements and development of the technical assignment, development of versions of the interface concept in conditions of transition from use of printing information materials and the website to the mobile application, selection of the final version, coordination of design elements of the developed application with its functionality and features of mobile devices.
