A problem related to time evolution of plasma oscillations near invinite cylinder at the assigned rate of the negative charge outlet from a unit of its surface has been solved. Based on numeric solution of a nonlinear equation set in particular derivatives it has been shown that electron beam injection from the cylindrical surface has been accompanied by excitation of damping oscillations of the surface charge. The frequency of damping oscillations of the surface charge is close to plasma one.
