ABSTRAСT: In recent years, the field of nanomedicine has garnered significant attention, particularly in the development of advanced drug delivery systems. Among the promising materials, highly oxidized graphene oxide (GO) has emerged as key components due to unique physicochemical properties and biocompatibility. These materials offer novel avenues for targeted drug delivery, enhancing therapeutic efficacy while minimizing side effects. This article explores the innovative design of nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems utilizing highly oxidized graphene oxide with folic acid in combination with thiazolopyrimidinium salt, highlighting their potential applications in medicine.
