N2 - Pale yellow crystals of synthetic NaLiV2O6 have a structure of the diopside type. Unit cell dimensions are a 10.187(2), b 9.074(1), c 5.840(1) A, beta 108.95(1)o, Z = 4, space group C2/c, Dcalc. 2.962 g/cm3. Li occupies the M1 positions and Na the M2 positions. -A.P.
