N2 - Qualitative and quantitative relationship between equilibrium phase diagram, melt structure and its kinetic properties, deciding a tendency to glass formation, is investigated. The systems of Ge-Te and As-Te are considered. Structure factor is calculated from the diagram and is used to evaluate the coefficients of transfer (viscosity, mobility, diffusion) which are interconnected by the relations of Einstein.
