The mechanical behavior and structure development are investigated. The creep curves have four stages under these conditions: a second steady stage comes after that of accelerated creep; that is the stage of superplastic flow. A formula is found for the creep rate as a function of stress and temperature at that stage. The stages of accelerated creep and superplastic flow are due to structure changes similar to in situ recrystallization.
