N2 - A class of generalized Persidskii systems is considered in this work. The conditions of convergence for Persidskii systems are introduced, which can be checked through linear matrix inequalities. Also, the case of almost periodic convergence of this class of dynamics with almost periodic input is studied. The proposed results are applied to a Lotka-Volterra model.
