N2 - In this paper a mathematical model is considered that allows simultaneous optimization of program motion and that of ensemble of perturbed motions. Analytical expressions for functional variations are suggested that allows constructing various directed methods of optimization. This mathematical apparatus can be effectively used to beam dynamics optimization in the drift-tube linear accelerators.
