In order to assess the efficiency of mutual funds and their development potential, it is necessary to use a comprehensive methodology based on a conceptual approach, as they are part of the financial system of the Russian Federation. The potential of mutual funds can be expanded only with the corresponding development of the Russian economy as a whole, strengthening the economy, further implementation of monetary policy and reform of the pension system.
