The purpose of this article is the study of communication strategies and tools used by feminist communities in the Russian social network VKontakte. The cyberfeminist movement integrated feminism and technology studies and played an important role in popularizing computer technologies among women in the 1990s. Now cyberfeminism has taken the place of networked feminism. The authors compared the specifics of communication of the cyberfeminist virtual community with the most popular feminist groups using the methods of network analysis and document analysis.
