Examples of solving a nonlinear one-dimensional problem on bending, compressive buckling, and free transverse vibrations of a nano-film, considered in the commented article, have shown primarily the effect of the linear part of surface tension, where it is main, whereas its quadratic terms make a small contribution. In the present paper was considered postbuckling of the nano-film, when the known von Kármán-type models of nano-plate bending reduce to a linear problem and allow only the critical Euler force to be determined. The proposed model allows to describe post-buckling fully, in particular to build the load-deflection ratio.
