N2 - The discussed issue is the application of cognitive technologies for building expert systems that design the control laws of moving objects on the basis of the optimization approach. The relevance of the topic is determined by common practical situations in which it is difficult to formalize the concept of a quality for a designed control system. It is proposed to use the preferences system of the expert, which is processed in accordance with the developed algorithms.
