We consider a mathematical model of two investors competition and obtain coefficient criteria of asymptotic stability for nontrivial equilibrium when both competitors coexist. The problem was reduced to finding of coefficient criteria of stability in quasi-polynomial case (polynomial of the second order relatively ez and z).
