The article analyzes the transformation of dispositifs and strategies of power in conditions of surveillance capitalism, when states and corporations seek to control and monetize data flows. Theoretical and methodological basis of the study: the concept of governmentality (Michel Foucault) and the theory of production of subjectivity (Gilles Deleuze, Felix Guattari). Using WeChat as a case study, the authors demonstrate the distinctive role of megaservices in the functioning and reproduction of modern autocracies.
